At Lipseek, we want you to love every shade you choose. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- With all protective seals intact
- In the same condition in which you received it
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of lip products that have been opened, used, swatched, damaged, or unsealed after delivery.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used lipsticks
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
How to request a return

with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send any items back before your return request has been approved. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lipseek is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different shade, you may return an eligible unopened product and place a new order.
